Set on the quiet island of Bequia, part of Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, the week unfolded slowly through spacious mornings, shared meals, ocean swims, meaningful conversation, natural beauty, and moments of connection that formed naturally.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\">There was no pressure to \u201cwork on yourself\u201d or have a breakthrough. The experience was intentionally designed to feel spacious, grounding, and human. Some moments were reflective and deep, while others were lighthearted and playful.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\">Participants moved through the week at their own pace \u2014 gathering together when it felt effortless, taking solitude when it was needed, and gradually settling into a rhythm that allowed their nervous systems to soften and their inner voice to become easier to hear again.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\">By the end of the 7-night retreat, participants shared that they felt deeply rested, emotionally supported, and more connected to themselves than they had in a long time.
